Spin Test Services

BSi's in-house spin test facilities incorporate the company's F.A.S.T. (Full Authority Spin Testing) control system. F.A.S.T. is the most advanced control system made for spin testing. The control system incorporates:
  • A TC-3 drive controller with unparalleled speed control
  • A custom designed and programmed computer system, providing equipment control and data acquisition functions
  • Cyclic spin tests that operate completely unmanned, 24 hours per day
  • Monitoring of all critical test parameters with automatic response to any occurrence during a spin test
  • Maximized safety for your personnel and your equipment
The BSi system allows remote access for monitoring and even control through the use of modems. This allows personnel to track a critical test's progress around the clock. If a test is interrupted, data is recorded for analysis. If it is determined that a test can continue, the test can be restarted from the remote location. Final test data is supplied to you in printed reports or on computer diskette.
