Barbour Stockwell, inc. engineers draw on vast experience to provide reliable drives and test rigs for testing rotating components under the most extreme conditions. We have provided test rigs with speeds up to 250,000 rpm. Test specimen temperatures have ranged from cryogenic to 1100 degrees Celsius.

In addition to the design and fabrication of test facilities, the company offers test services at its fully equipped lab in Woburn, MA. The lab includes three fully automated spin test facilities with a variety of drives for achieving speeds to 200,000 rpm and capacities to 1000 kg.
